John A. Solari, CPA, Managing Partner
John has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience in the areas of accounting, consulting and tax. He has worked with numerous clients addressing their specific needs and goals relative to business and financial management. In particular, he has extensive experience in the following industries: real estate development and construction; real estate investment and management; and health care/other professional services. He has also represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service on tax compliance issues. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPAs.

Judy Sturmer, CPA
Judy has over 30 years of professional experience in medical practices, S Corporations, estate and gift tax, private foundations and financial services and retirement planning expertise. Judy has served on the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a CPA in both Nevada and California and has obtained a certificate of educational achievement in personal financial planning and holds Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses.

Amy Allen, CPA
Amy has over 25 years of professional experience. Amy specializes in manufacturing, professional services, the technology industry, local government, nonprofit assurance, and outsourcing tax department functions including tax provisions, tax management and compliance. She is proficient in multi-state and foreign matters. Amy is a CPA and has a Masters in Taxation.
